| Abstract: | Human centered is the biggest core and genius of the contemporary society, the development motive and direction of community education in China too. The community education should erect the service consciousness of humanism, face the whole plebs, accelerate the over - all development of civilian and, satisfy the personalized needs of the different colonies in the community. |
