| Abstract: | This paper reviews the literatures on governance structure of foreign venture fund, governance structure of new venture, and the macro-variables that affect the operation of venture capital. The article draws a conclusion that new analysis approach should be introduced not only for perfecting technical method but also for perfecting the institutional method itself. |
