| 摘 要： | 以联想并购IBM PC业务为例,采集了联想并购前后的相关专利信息,对其专利数量、领域、被引进行了分析,从而反映企业并购前后技术能力的变化。研究发现联想并没有通过并购提升了其本土以及海外的技术能力。

| Abstract: | The paper conducted a case study on the change of technical capacity of Lenovo after its mergers and acquisitions(M&A) with IBM PC unit based on the patent information analysis such as the patents number,fields,and citation information.It is found that the technical capacity of Lenovo home and abroad was hardly improved after its M&A effort. |
