| 摘 要： | 在对相关理论背景分析和概念界定的基础上,文章分析动态能力形成过程中的知识基础和知识流活动,进而构建知识流管理形成动态能力的整合模型,表明知识流管理和学习通过增强企业的知识基础,促进知识资源与组织惯例的重构,以及组织惯例的变异,最终形成组织的动态能力.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of related theoretical backgrounds and definition of related concepts,this paper analyzes the knowledge base and knowledge flow activities of the formation of dynamic capabilities,then constructs an integrative model of knowledge flow management forming dynamic capabilities,which suggests knowledge flow management and learning facilitate the reconfiguration of knowledge and organizational routines,and routines change,thus promoting the formation of dynamic capabilities finally. |
