| Abstract: | This article introduces the concepts of knowledge management and core competitiveness,and the characteristics of enterprise core competitiveness.It finds out the driving factors of enterprise knowledge management,expatiates on the importance of knowledge management to enterprise core competitiveness,and studies the relationships between knowledge innovation and tacit knowledge on the one side and core competitiveness on the other.Finally,the article discusses how to use knowledge management to increase enterprise core competitiveness. |
