| 摘 要： | 分析了特色数据库建设工作中的博弈现象,认为建库团队工作绩效不佳的根本原因在于个人理性与集体理性的冲突。要提高建库团队绩效,应塑造建库团队的共同愿景;构建科学的绩效考核体系;建立有效的激励机制以及加强建库团队的文化建设。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the game phenomenon in the construction of the characteristic database,and argues that the fundamental cause of the bad performance of the database construction team is the conflict between individual rationality and collective rationality.To improve the performance of the database construction team,it’s necessary for the database construction team to have a common vision,construct the scientific performance appraisal system,establish the effective incentive mechanism and strengthen the cultural construction of the team. |
