| 摘 要： | 在理解供应链和供应链管理概念的基础上,结合其他相关理论,提出自身利益最大化的过分追求、竞争性因素的存在和保证公平合理的需要等是供应链合作中竞争情报产生的主要原因。笔者认为竞争情报在供应链合作中的作用主要体现在以下几个方面:合作伙伴选择时的情报审计、分析确定建立何种层级的合作关系、监控合作中信任的水平,以及保持供应链合作关系的稳定。

| Abstract: | Based on the understanding of the concepts of supply chain and supply chain management,and in combination with the other related theories,this paper puts forward the idea that the excessive pursuit of maximum interests,the existence of competitive factors and the need for guaranteeing fairness and reasonableness are the main causes of the competitive intelligence in the supply chain cooperation.The paper thinks that the roles of competitive intelligence in the supply chain cooperation are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the intelligence audit in selecting cooperative partners,analyzing and determining the establishment of what level of cooperative relations,monitoring the trust level in cooperation,and maintaining the stability of the relations in the supply chain cooperation. |
