| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外8个全文电子期刊数据库有关服务创新的研究文献在不同数据库检索数量、文献分布年代、文献被引频率、研究主题行业集中度、研究方法及理论演进阶段的对比分析发现:国内对服务创新的研究落后于国外十多年;相关文献学术贡献度、文献质量和国际影响力远低于国外同类文献,且差距明显;国内研究主要集中在图书馆管理、档案管理、金融保险、中小企业及物流业服务创新方面,尤其是对图书馆服务创新的研究成果多且质量不高;从研究方法上看,规范性研究多,实证研究少,实地调查和案例研究更少;从理论演进阶段分析,国外服务创新逐渐形成较为完整的理论体系,国内则没有。论文在对比分析的基础上提出了值得国内相关领域进一步研究的一些问题。

| Abstract: | By comparing analysis on the number of research,in years of literature,cited frequency,the quantity of the themes and research method about service innovation in the eight electronic periodicals databases at home and abroad,the author obtained the following conclusions:Service innovation research at home is lagged behind for more than a decade compared to the advancement of the research abroad,there is a long way to go for domestic scholars on cited frequency and quality of their service innovation research literature.The hot issues for most of the domestic research are about service innovation in library management,archives administration,financial and insurance and logistics service.The research methods mainly rely on normative study,while questionnaire investigations,empirical analysis and case studies are few.It has made great research achievements and established a comparatively complete theory and subject system in service innovation science in foreign countries;however,there are fewer achievements in this field at home.On the basis of the results of reviewing,the article also put forward some significant issues for further study. |
