| Abstract: | This article analyzes the improvement and development path of the derivative index of h-index from the fair and reasonable perspective,and summarizes the improvement of the derivative index of h-index on h-index in the trans-disciplinary,scientific research career length,self-citation,organization scale and size,and thesis co-author honor distribution fields. |
