| Abstract: | Textbooks play a very important role in English teaching and learning. The ability of evaluating textbooks is essential to English teachers＇ professional development. This paper introduces the evaluation of English textbooks, uses Littlejohn＇s checklist to take a comparative analyses of the 4 textbooks employed by music, art and P. E majors in the university. It also presents some questions for discussion. |
