| 摘 要： | 在分析人力资本、人力资本管理的基础上,阐述图书馆人力资本管理的内容及措施。指出社会提供人力资本的需求环境,组织提供人力资本发展的空间与条件并给予激励,采取措施规避人力资本投资风险,个人在内外因的协同作用下,实现人力资本的保值与增值,反作用于组织和社会。参考文献7。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing human capital and human capital management,this paper illustrates the contents and measures of human capital in libraries,points out that society should provide the needs environment of human capital,organizations provide the development space and conditions,give incitement and take measures to circumvent the human capital investment risk and the individuals should maintain and increase the value of the human capital and adversely affect the organization and society with the synergic action of intrinsic and extrinsic factors.7 refs. |
