| 摘 要： | 基于考察校企合作“双元”育人现存问题的目的,对江苏省12所高职院校进行了调研。调研发现,育人管理平台建设动机不纯粹、校企合作体制机制不健全、共同育人质量保障不稳定、育人规模与育人质量不统一,是当前高职校企合作“双元”育人存在的突出问题。为此,校企双方亟需在“共建、共管、共通、共享”四方面精准发力,探索解决之道。

| Abstract: | Based on the purpose of investigating the existing problems of school-enterprise cooperation in"dual"education,a survey of 12 higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province was conducted.It has been found that the impure motivation for the construction of the education management platform,the unhealthy school-enterprise cooperation system mechanism,the unstable quality assurance of joint education,and the inconsistency of the scale of education and the quality of education are the main existing problems in"dual"education.Hence there is an urgent need for both schools and enterprises to make precise efforts from four aspects such as co-construction,co-management,commonality and sharing in order to explore solutions to the existing problems. |
