摘    要:组织忠诚匮乏是当前我国高校普遍存在的现象。贯彻以人为本精神,提升教职员工的认同感和归属感,注意引进具有组织忠诚观念的人才,应该成为一个相当长的时期内高校人才管理的中心工作。

Abstract:The article starts with a generalization and summation of the present condition of severe shortage of teachers'organization loyalty sense in China's colleges and universities.And then its reasons and its influence on the development of colleges and universities are analyzed.The article ends with the strategies of how to foster the teachers'organization loyalty sense in talent management of colleges and universities.
