合作竞争时代的竞争情报战略

摘    要:新经济时代,企业结束了与竞争对手的传统竞争模式,纷纷采用合作共赢的合作竞争战略.作为支持企业战略决策的竞争情报,也应该顺应时代潮流,为企业的合作竞争提供战略支持.本文概述了合作竞争的背景、动因、形式以及对竞争情报产生的影响,提出了合作竞争情报的特点,重点论述了企业合作竞争的竞争情报战略.
