| 摘 要： | 明清之际,以雄财善贾而饮誉海内外的山西商人作为当时国内最大的商帮之一,曾执掌内外贸易之牛耳,在中国经济史上占有重要的地位。通过探讨晋商诚信制度,可以时我们今天创建社会主义市场经济诚信体系有一些有益的启示。
