| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]调查全球重大事件网络存档的代表性行动旨在发现通用策略与发展空间,推进信息管理理论与方法在互联网背景下的扩充。方法/过程]通过案例分析,总结共有行动要点,由此结合中国情境发现重大事件网络信息存档的探索方向。结果/结论]由此,将重大事件网络信息存档要点归纳为:立足事件维度的信息全景调查、基于主体协同的资源整合配套、面向存档活动的环节规范设置与匹配存档需求的辅助要素配置。同时,结合我国国情从重大事件网络信息存档的常规化、事件与信息的真实对照、主体协同有效落实于行动、完备的流程与工作内容设计、保障体系配置等方面提出问题式的展望。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] Research on the global practice of Internet-based information archiving of major events aimed at discovering a common strategy and development space,which promotes the expansion of information management theories and methods in the context of the Internet.Method/process] With the case analysis,key action elements were summarized and combined with the Chinese context.Result/conclusion] Then,the main points are concluded as:information panoramic survey based on the event dimension,resource integration and matching based on subject collaboration,link specification setting for archiving activities and auxiliary element configuration for archiving requirements.At the same time,combined with the national conditions of our country,this paper puts forward the problems and prospect from the aspects of the regularization of the Internet-based information archiving of major events,the authentic comparison between events and information,the effective implementation of collaboration,the complete process and work content design,the security system configuration. |
