| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]探讨消极社会比较、不同类型的消极情绪对社交网络用户间歇性中辍的作用机理,有助于丰富与拓展社交网络用户行为的相关研究。方法/过程]构建社交网络用户间歇性中辍影响因素的理论模型。通过在线问卷搜集273份有效样本,利用PLS-SEM进行数据分析。结果/结论]结果发现,倦怠和嫉妒显著影响社交网络用户的间歇性中辍行为;而消极社会比较显著影响社交网络用户的嫉妒情绪,其次是焦虑,最后是倦怠。

Factors Affecting User Intermittent Discontinuance Behavior of Social Networking Sites |

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] This study attempts to explore the roles of negative social comparison and different negative emotions on user intermittent discontinuance behavior of social networking sites(SNS),which will enrich and expand related studies of SNS user behavior.Method/process]This study develops a theoretical model of factors influencing SNS intermittent discontinuance behavior.273 valid data were collected using online questionnaire and further analyzed by PLS-SEM.Result/conclusion]Results show that,fatigue and envy significantly affect SNS intermittent discontinuance behavior.Also,negative social comparison has a significant effect on envy,followed by anxiety and fatigue. |
