| 摘 要： | 高等学校开展“阳光体育运动”是培养德智体全面发展的高素质社会主义建设人才的重要途径。九江市高校实施大学生“阳光体育运动”的策略为：通过系统的教学管理改革及校园建设活动，为“阳光体育运动”创造时空条件；利用地区资源优势，丰富“阳光体育运动”的内容体系；调动一切力量，构建多层次网络化的“阳光体育运动”促进体系；通过多种途径，使“阳光体育运动”成为大学生的自觉行动。
