| 摘 要： | 卡特福特在《翻译的语言学理论》一书中对翻译的可译性限度进行了系统的阐述。本文根据此理论基础,从语言结构障碍与文化障碍的角度来呈现菜名汉英互译过程中的可译性限度现象,探讨中式菜单在英译过程中的可译和不可译问题,对之进行了对比分析,并提出翻译补偿策略。
