摘    要:为了探讨初中生情绪智力与自我妨碍的关系,采用情绪智力量表(EIS)和自我妨碍量表(SHS)对512名初中生进行了调查。研究结果表明:初中生情绪智力水平处于中等偏上水平;自我妨碍发展表现出不平衡的特点。初中生的情绪智力及其各个维度与自我妨碍呈现显著的负相关并能较好的预测自我妨碍行为,其解释率为23.3%。

Abstract:In order to further define the relationship between junior middle school students' emotional intelligence characteristics and self handicapping, the authors adopt the emotional intelligence scale (EIS) and selfhandicapping scale (SHS) to investigate 530 junior high school students. Through Correlations, Independent Samples Test and Stepwise, the investigation shows that junior middle school students' emotional intelligence is at and above the middle level; and the development of self - handicapping is of imbalance. Junior middle school students' emotional intelligence and its dimensions have negative correlation with self- handicapping. Meanwhile the former can predict self handicapping behavior better.
