| 摘 要： | 中部地区作为传统的农业区，其农村金融生态发展对农村经济发展和中部崛起战略的影响是基础性的。较东部地区而言，中部地区农村金融生态发展中还存在着金融结构发展不均衡、金融供需矛盾突出、金融环境脆弱等问题，严重制约着中部农村金融生态发展。为此，以金融功能观为视角，通过转变政府职能，结合中部区域特点，创新金融服务模式，健全金融组织体系，营造良好的金融生态环境等途径，加快中部农村金融生态发展体系建设，为实现中部崛起和加快社会主义新农村建设创造前提条件。
