| 摘 要： | 食品营养与检测专业是一个实践性较强的综合性专业,加强该专业改革创新与社会需求之间的联系具有重要的研究意义。文章结合OBE工程教育理念,探索以成果为导向的食品营养与检测专业学习成果确定、课程体系建设、考核体系确定等内容,旨在为食品营养与检测专业教学管理及教学效果的提升提供一条新思路。

| Abstract: | The specialty of food nutrition and testing is a comprehensive subject with strong practicality,and it is of great significance to strengthen the close relationship between the reform and innovation of the specialty and the social demand.Based on the concept of OBE engineering education,this paper explores the results-oriented learning achievement determination,curriculum system construction and assessment system determination of food nutrition and testing specialty,in order to provide a new way of thinking for the teaching management and teaching effect of food nutrition and testing specialty. |
