工科弹性教学模式改革的初步探索

摘    要:新的产业技术变革对人才培养提出了新要求。在新工科建设的大背景下,我国高校教学模式的改革势在必行。通过调查问卷的方式,发现了传统教学模式中几个亟待解决的问题,并分析了“混合式”教学模式的优缺点。结合相关学者的研究,提出了针对工科专业的“1+1+1”弹性教育模式,“1+1+1”即“教师讲解+学生研讨+随堂测试”。之后对弹性教学模式实施的关键问题和难点进行了逐一论述,为今后高校的教学改革提供经验和参考。

Abstract:The teaching mode of colleges and universities in our country can no longer satisfy the current economic and social development.The reform of teaching mode is imperative.Several problems to be solved in the traditional teaching mode were found by questionnaire and the advantages and disadvantages of the"mixed"teaching mode were analyzed.In the meantime,the"1+1+1"flexible education mode for engineering majors was put forward according to the research of relevant scholars."1+1+1"was"teacher explanation+student seminar+on-the-spot test".After that,the key problems and difficulties in implementing the flexible teaching mode was analyzed one by one,which will enhance the experience and research for the future teaching reform in colleges and universities.
