教学艺术性在神经外科临床护理教学中的应用

摘    要:临床护理教学是护理实习生通过实践将理论知识转化为专业技能的重要教学阶段。教学艺术性是教师的一种风格和追求。注重教学的艺术性可以使学生在轻松、愉快的氛围中学习知识,有助于培养教师的教学观念,促进学生学习效率和效果的提高。文章主要讨论教学艺术性在神经外科临床护理教学中的优势及其应用价值。

Abstract:Clinical nursing teaching is an important teaching stage for nursing interns to transform theoretical knowledge into professional skills through practice.Teaching artistry is a style and pursuit of teachers.Paying attention to the artistry of teaching can make students learn knowledge in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere,which is helpful to cultivate teachers'teaching ideas and promote the improvement of students'learning efficiency and effect.This paper mainly discusses the advantages of teaching artistry in clinical nursing teaching of neurosurgery,and discusses its application value.
