| 摘 要： | 摘要：习近平同志高度重视体育工作,多次对体育工作做出重要论述。主要采用文献资料法,以习近平系列讲话、治国理政等文献入手,结合2012以来的学术文献进行分析,习近平总书记关于体育工作重要论述,以体育强国梦、体育改革、竞技体育思想、群众体育思想、体育外交思想为主体的新时代体育思想体系内容丰富,并从体育目标论、内生合力论、体育发展论、体育价值论、体育外交论维度阐释其科学内涵,同时具有从体育强国层面阐释新时代体育思想体系的内涵、为十九大提出的“两个一百年”奋斗目标和实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”提供精神力量、从人民和国家的视角弘扬新时代体育价值、体育外交开创中国大国特色外交新格局,推进构建人类命运共同体等重大价值。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Xi Jinping attaches great importance to sports work and has made important elaboration on sports work many times. By using the method of documentation, starting with Xi Jinping''s series of speeches, statecraft and other documents, and combining with the academic documents since 2012, we find that Xi Jinping''s sports ideological system in the new era, with the dream of sports power, sports reform, competitive sports thought, mass sports thought and sports diplomacy thought as the main body, is rich in content. We explain its scientific connotation of Xi Jinping''s sports ideological system from the perspectives of sports goal theory, endogenous resultant force theory, sports development theory, sports value theory and sports diplomacy theory. It is of great value, such as explaining Xi Jinping''s sports ideological system in the new era from the perspective of a sports power, providing spiritual strength for the "two hundred years" goal put forward by the Nineteenth National Congress and for realizing the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, promoting the sports value of the new era from the perspective of the people and the country, opening up a new pattern of diplomacy with Chinese characteristics through sports diplomacy, and promoting the construction of a community of human destiny. |
