| 摘 要： | 摘要：竞技体育的发展是一种生产与供给竞技体育产品的实践活动，基于供需关系的视角来审视我国竞技体育产品生产与供给的发展历程，及在此基础上梳理其在生产与供给方面的结构性调整思路与策略，能够就研究我国竞技体育发展战略问题，找寻到新的视角和切入点。为此，通过文献资料法从生产与供给对象、内容、主体、方式、资源配置5个方面分析了我国竞技体育产品生产与供给的阶段划分及发展特征，立足于这5个方面存在的问题、当前供需环境与条件的特点，提出了结构性调整的思路，规划了推进供给方面改革的路径，即以发展定位的调整服务于核心主体、以制度创新推进供给产品结构的调整、以政府职能改革促进民间力量的参与、以推进多元治理机制改革供给方式、以技术创新提升资源要素配置水平。

| Abstract: | Abstract: The development of competitive sports is a practical activity for the production and supply of competitive sports products. Examining the development process of production and supply of competitive sports products in China, and combing out its structural adjustment strategies and strategies in terms of production and supply based on the perspective of supply and demand, can help us find new perspectives and breakthrough points of studying the development strategy of competitive sports in China. Therefore, this study analyzed the stage division and development characteristics of the production and supply of competitive sports products from 5 aspects: production and supply objects, contents, subjects, ways and resources allocation. Based on the problems existing in these 5 aspects, the characteristics of the current supply and demand environment and conditions, this study put forward the ideal of structural adjustment and planned the way to promote the reform of the supply side, that are to serve the core subject with the adjustment of the development orientation, to promote the adjustment of the supply product structure by institutional innovation, to promote the participation of civil forces through the reform of government functions, to promote the reform of supply mechanism by multiple governance mechanisms, and to raise the allocation level of resource elements by technological innovation. |
