| 摘 要： | 加强党的执政能力建设,是我们党充分利用所面临的难得机遇、正确应对所面临的严峻挑战从而完成所担负的历史使命的现实需要,也是关系到全面建设小康社会进程、关系到社会主义事业兴衰成败、关系到党和国家长治久安的重大课题。我们必须坚持马克思主义执政理论与我们党执政的具体实践相结合,在总结历史经验和现实经验的基础上,开展全面、系统、深入的研究,不断完善我们党的执政理论体系,不断取得新认识、新成果,不断认识和把握执政规律,努力把党的执政能力建设建立在对客观规律的深刻认识和自觉适用的基础之上。

| Abstract: | Strengthening Party's Governing Ability Construction is the practical need our Party takes advantage of the rare opportunity. She is confronted with to adopt a correct attitude towards severe challenge so as to finish the historic task. It is also the significant problem that has relationship with the social process of whole-constructed well-off society, ups and downs of socialism, and long-term stability and security of Party and country. We must insist in the combination of Marxism's governing theory and our Party's governing concrete practice. On the basis of summarizing historic and practical experience, the whole, systematical, and deep study will be developed. Our Party's governing theoretical system needs perfecting continuously. The new cognition and fruit need obtaining unceasingly. The governing rule needs recognizing and taking hold of in the nonstop way. We strive to build our Party's governing ability construction on the basis of deep cognition on objective law and conscious application. |
