对周伟采用“递进负荷”训练法的效果研究

摘    要:“递进负荷”训练法是指短跑专项训练过程中采用负荷量恒定、间歇时间固定、负荷强度逐渐增大的训练方法。“递进负荷”训练法的供能特点与短跑比赛的要求更加接近,有利于选手在比赛中发挥机体能力,并可以充分调动运动员训练的主动性。该研究从理论上进一步论证了“递进负荷”训练法的科学性。

Abstract:The progressively increasing training load method refers to that in the course of sprint specific training the training method with constant amount of load, regular interval duration, progressively increasing intensity of load is applied. When using the progressively increasing training load method the characteristics of energy supply are close to the demands of a sprint competition, advantageous to the sprinter's exertion of his/her physical performance and the sprinter's training initiative can be mobilized plenty. In this study the scientific character of the progressively increasing training load method is further demonstrated theoretically.
