| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济的不断增长,特别是广大发展中国家的崛起,对石油能源的需求量日益增大。石油能源危机逐渐凸显,油价也随之不断飞涨。石油问题已经超出了传统意义上单纯的经济发展变量问题,而日益成为当前国际政治和国家间关系的一个非常重要和敏感的议题。文章立足于对当前世界石油能源现状的分析,结合我国的基本国情和外交定位,分析了新形势下新的石油能源安全观,阐明了我国的基本战略选择。

| Abstract: | With the development of world economy,the demand of petroleum is increasingly augmented,especially for the rising of developing countries.So,energy crisis is gradually distinct,and the price of petroleum is soaring.Accordingly,petroleum has become an important issue in the international politics.By analyzing the situation of world petroleum,it clarifies the new concept of energy security and China's strategic choice on the base of situation of our country and diplomacy tenet. |
