| 摘 要： | 人格教育是人与社会发展到一定阶段的必然要求。在中国教育史上，孔子是第一个系统提出并实施人格教育的教育家，莫定了儒家的人格教育理论，并深刻影响了二千多年来中国文化乃至世界文明的走向。在塑造“四有”新人的今天，有必要重新探讨孔子人格教育思想产生的时代背景、理想人格的标准和特征、历史影响及其现代价值等问题，批判地吸取孔子人格教育思想的智慧和精华，推进人的全面发展。

| Abstract: | Personality education, first put forward and implemented by the great thinker Confucius, is the inexorable requirement for human and social development at a certain stage. Confucius established the Confucian personality education theory and this personality education has exerted profound influence on the orientation of the Chinese culture as well as the world culture. In the cultivation of people with lofty ideals, moral integrity, education and high quality, it is essential to explore the background of personality education, the standards and characteristics of ideal personality, its historical influence and modern value. Thus we should discriminatingly absorb the essence of Confucian personality education with a view to developing people in an all - round way. |
