| Abstract: | Chinese commercial bank is in transitional period of entry into WTO,which not only have many advantages but also meet many difficutties.Commercial bank reform should be strengthened to perfect operating system and managiny system,to optimize internal control system.The commercial banks should stick to their own characteristics to serve the people,devolop middling business and improve competitive ability. |
