| 摘 要： | 通过对我国现有体育院校休闲体育专业人才培养现状分析,借鉴国外发达国家休闲人才培养的经验,从人才培养目标与规格、课程设置、实践教学等方面对我国休闲体育专业人才培养问题进行思考,构建"宽专业、厚基础、善学习、强能力、爱创新"的"复合型、应用型"休闲体育专业人才培养模式,为高校培养休闲体育人才提供一些参考。

| Abstract: | In the light of the analysis of the cultivation status quo of leisure sports professionals from Institutes of Physical Education in China and leisure personnel training experience of foreign developed countries,the author contemplates the issue of the cultivation of leisure sports professionals in such aspects as objectives and specifications of professional cultivation,curriculum setup and practical teaching,and puts forward establishing the modes of cultivating leisure sports professionals with "extensive expertise,profound foundation,good learning ability,great competence and innovative spirit" in the hope of providing some reference for cultivating leisure sports professionals in colleges and universities. |
