| Abstract: | This paper sums up the reformers’ newspapers, the periodicals that publicize the revolutionary ideas, academic and cultural periodicals, women magazines, vernacular magazines, the Constitution Construction magazines, and those introducing the advanced science that established by overseas students in the late Qing Dynasty in Japan, in the terms’name of periodicals, the establishing and stopping time of publication, the forms, founder, places of publication as well as the issuer, etc. This paper also describes the important literature value and significances of these periodicals from the aspects of the establishing background, the characteristics and influences, etc.
