| 摘 要： | 经过世界各国长时间的探索，高职院校的产学研合作有了长足的发展；对于快速发展的中国来说，结合本国实际借鉴世界各国的有益经验显得尤为重要。特别是在产学研合作的模式问题上，应尽快克服在低层次重复探索的不利局面：与此同时，充分理解与把握产学研合作的演变规律与发展趋势，在大学“经营化”思想的引导下，探索最优化的产学研思路式。

| Abstract: | After a long-time universal exploring, the cooperation of enterprise, university and scientific research organization has developed deeply. To China, the rapidly developing country, it is most significant to draw on the advanced experience all over the world. For the way of cooperation of enterprise, university and scientific research organization, we should avoid shallow and repeated actions, and meanwhile fully understand and master the rule and trend of cooperation of enterprise, university and scientific research organization, explore the excellent thought of cooperation of enterprise, university and scientific research organization with the leading of university-managementlism. |
