| 摘 要： | 近30年来,我国工业园区发展迅猛,园区数量迅速增加,规模呈现出进一步扩大的态势.我国工业园区的快速发展,为国民经济的发展,注入了不竭的动力.但是,我国工业园区高速发展的同时,也存在一系列问题.如土地供应不足、发展资金匮乏与管理职能不明确等.文章将介绍我国工业园区发展的障碍,并且为突破障碍提出了一些列对策建议.

| Abstract: | Over the past 30 years China's industrial park has developed rapidly.The increasing number of the park shows a further expanding of scale,which has pushed the development of domestic economy.However a series of problems exist such as land shortage,lack of fund,unclear management functions,and so on.The article has analyzed these obstacles and put forward countermeasures accordingly. |
