| Abstract: | In this paper,a SWOT matrix is built to explore the real reasons for financing dilemma in Shanxi.Then the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as developing regional capital markets,improving the venture capital mechanism,providing preferential policies,innovating forms of financing,and protecting intellectual property. |
