| 摘 要： | 标准是直接服务国家战略需求的重要技术规范.利用计量学和文献调研等情报研究方法,对美国、德国、日本和中国的太阳能技术标准的相关信息进行系统分析,筛选出标准基本信息要素,并构建标准信息管理和分析数据库,对这四国太阳能技术标准体系的数量、时间分布、技术领域和类别分布等现状进行描述;结果发现德国和日本的太阳能技术标准均以制定国家级标准为主,且更为重视光电技术的发展,两国光电产业产品也呈现出多元化发展态势;而我国光热产品标准数量较多,呈现出光热产业产品多元化发展态势.
