| 摘 要： | 结合再制造企业的生产实践,对我国汽车零部件再制造管理特点进行了分析和探讨,提出了一些看法和对策:汽车零部件再制造生产管理的不确定性大,汽车零部件再制造需要获得授权及其优、缺点,再制造市场需要产品标识管理及建立标识管理的措施,再制造厂商实行严格质量管理的措施,应该加强对再制造的宣传以培育市场,再制造零部件的复杂信息需高效率的管理手段,再制造企业应该开展多种营销模式以适应艰难的环境.
