| Abstract: | Scientific research program is the most basic function in scientific research management,and academy-institute secondary structure has imposed higher demand on scientific research management.The paper investigated how to establish mechanisms of scientific research project management under academy-institute secondary structure from the objectives,principles and concrete measures based on scientific research program of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences. |
