| 摘 要： | 企业作为技术创新活动的主体,其创新能力决定了城市创新能力的大小,是城市核心竞争力的重要组成部分.企业技术创新的核心是企业技术中心,培育和提高企业技术中心的创新能力是提升企业创新能力和城市创新能力的关键,,通过对青岛市171家市级以上企业技术中心的调研,探索青岛市高科技企业科技创新活动的特点,建立起符合青岛市企业自身实际情况的技术创新能力评价指标体系,能够进一步促进青岛市企业技术中心创新能力的提高.同时,对于其他城市也具有十分重要的借鉴意义.
