| 摘 要： | 知识链组织间有效的知识共事有利于降低合作成本,实现知识增值,但是收益与成本间的权衡使得知识共享活动和收益受到限制.运用演化博弈方法,构建了知识链组织间知识共享的演化博弈模型,分析了其动态演化过程及知识共享策略选择的影响因素,依据分析结果提出了促进知识链组织间知识共享的措施.

| Abstract: | Effective knowledge sharing between organizations of knowledge chain is conducive to the reduction of cooperation cost and fast implementation of knowledge value,while the sharing activity is subject to the trade-off between benefits and costs.In this paper,an evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing between organizations of knowledge chain is built and the influence factors of knowledge sharing are analyzed.Concrete measures to promote knowledge sharing are put forward. |
