| 摘 要： | 高校教师从事科研的积极性是高校开展科研活动的基础,要提高高校教育科研的水平与质量,就必须建立合理有效的激励机制.主要从高校教育科研管理中运用激励机制的重要性入手,分析当前高校教育科研管理中激励机制存在的问题,并针对此问题,提出相应的对策.

| Abstract: | The enthusiasm of universities teachers in scientific research is the foundation to improve the college education and scientific research level,reasonable and effective incentive mechanism should be established.From the college education and scientific research management incentive mechanism,the paper analyzes the importance of the current college education and scientific research management incentive mechanism,the problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
