| 摘 要： | 目前,高科技产业(Hi-Tech Industry)的成长与发展对于区域创新和国家创新都具有极其重要的战略意义,但由于高技术产业在技术创新和投资中的高风险,其产业结构的变化具有极大不确定性.构建多维熵变复合模型,以辽宁省为例全面地揭示高科技产业发展规律,即要实现高科技产业高效成长,就必须通过各种"负熵"的大力引进,使整个系统处于低熵运行状态,通过系统整体的"巨涨落"导致系统发生突变,达到更高层次的稳定有序状态.
