| 摘 要： | 近年来.项目建设过程中突发事件不断,造成一系列社会问题,在建设项目管理中亟需建立一套科学有效的应时机制.通过把应急管理思想引入建设项目管理中,提出建设项目应急管理的概念,阐述了建设项目应急管理与建设项目管理的关系.构建了建设项目应急管理系统.提出了建设项目应急管理的模式和方法.可供企业在突发事件下加强项目管理工作参考.
