| 摘 要： | 非公有制经济组织行业协会(商会)在建设海峡西岸经济区发挥了积极的作用.通过调研,发现海西非公有制经济组织行业协会(商会)发展存在政府重视度不够、资金来源不足、内部运行机制弱,政会不分等问题,提出通过转移政府职能、扩大协会经费来源、建立比较完善的行业协会内部运行机制、使行业协会与政府部门脱钩等对策来改善海西非公有制经济组织行业协会(商会)的发展.
