摘    要:基于中国制造企业的调查.研究制造商-供应商关系承诺形成及对联盟绩效的影响.结果显示,第一,影响关系承诺形成因素分为供应商特性、制造商-供应商间关系特性,其中供应商特性包括了供应商能力、产品和员工,制造商-供应商间关系特性包括了经验、相互依赖、信任和权力;第二,关系承诺被分成三个维度:规范承诺、情感承诺和持续承诺,影响因素以不同方式影响这三个维度;第三.关系承诺积极影响联盟绩效.
