| 摘 要： | 在中西方跨文化交际中,常见的文化差异有：时间观念、客套语、餐饮习俗、隐私问题、称谓用语。为了避免文化冲突,提高跨文化交际能力,我们应该了解中西方文化差异,运用移情增加交流灵活性,承认差异合理性,提高文化适应能力。

| Abstract: | This thesis summarizes commonly conflicts between two cultures in intercultural communication.Such as views on time,polite formula,eating custom,privacy issues and appellations.In order to avoid conflicts,suggestions are put forward in this thesis to improve the intercultural communication.It argues that we should understand the Chinese culture and the Western culture,be clear of the conflicts,to employ empathy,develop communication flexibility,to recognize the validity of difference,and learn about cultural adaptation. |
