| 摘 要： | 公安科技创新必须有一定的主体作为支撑。结合公安科技创新管理实际，分析了各类主体在公安科技创新活动中的作用及限制其能力发挥的影响因素，并提出了现阶段提升公安创新主体能力的对策。
