| 摘 要： | 90年代初电子商务概念开始在我国传播,1998年3月我国第一笔互联网网上交易成功,到2005年我国电子商务交易额达7400亿元,我国的电子商务已经从概念讨论进入到务实发展阶段。现阶段我国电子商务的法律政策环境不断完善,电子商务的安全认证标准逐步形成,电子商务国家标准体系正在建立和完善,电子支付环境得到了进一步改善,网络银行的发展及相关法律法规的制定营造了良好的网络环境,电子商务的物流体系也在不断完善。

| Abstract: | In early 1990s, the concept of e-commerce came to be disseminated in China. In March 1998, the f irst online trading made success. And till 2005, the sum of e-commerce amounted to 740 billion Yuan in China, and e-commerce came into the stage of pragmatic development from initial concept stage. Currently, the legislation system and policy environment of e-commerce, as well as electronic payment environment and logistics system, is improved constantly. Its safety certifi cate and national standardization is forming gradually. Besides, the development of Internet bank and establishment of some related laws and regulations have created a good network environment for it. |
