| 摘 要： | 随着政府采购法的贯彻实施,高校采购已逐步纳入政府采购.实践证明,高校政府采购制度存在采购计划、预算、设备参数的准确性差;采购工作周期长、灵活性差;管理机制不够健全;缺乏有效制约机制,用户认同度普遍不高;采购人员的专业素质不高等问题.引入绩效评价机制是解决这些难题的一项重要举措.
